Please read carefully as these clauses establish our Terms and Conditions. Additionally, once you begin your tour with us, by default you accept these terms and conditions.
Once “leoncitytour.com” confirms your reservation, a contract is made under the terms and conditions set out below. Hereinafter, “leoncitytour.com” will be understood as «we», your reservation will only be confirmed once we have received full payment for your tour. Please note the difference in the specific terms and conditions of each service. You will be informed about the characteristics of the activity at the beginning of the tour and other specifications.
- Reserve
Once full payment is made you will be assigned a spot/spots on the individual tour and an email confirmation will be sent. This will be your reservation confirmation. This should be printed and saved for your own reference.
Once you begin the tour, you accept and abide by these established terms and conditions.
We accept no liability for incorrect emails or undeliverable emails. If the confirmation does not arrive on time, then you must ask us to resend the confirmation email for the tour(s) you have paid for.
All online reservations will be confirmed by email.
We reserve the right to sell reserved places without full payment for the tour or with a deposit.
It is the passenger’s responsibility to check the accuracy of the reserved dates upon receipt of their travel documents. -
Booking and ordering
Booking and ordering can be make via WhatApp, e-mail or by telephone call. The contact person is responsible for the payment due on the day of the tour as detailed on the reservation information. You have to be older than 18 years old to book a tour with us.
- Insurance
There is no travel insurance coverage included in the tour price.
We are not responsible for any damage or loss that you incur while you are taking part in optional activities that are outside of our services. We recommend that you take out full coverage insurance for your cancellation, medical expenses, personal accidents, luggage, money and civil liability before traveling. We are not responsible for the theft, loss or damage of personal belongings at any time during the duration of your tour/excursions. - Responsabilities
We reserve the right to change our typical itineraries at any time and at our discretion. As professionals we will endeavor to avoid this and if necessary, we will substitute alternative arrangements of comparable monetary value.
We reserve the right to modify the itinerary in the event of events beyond our control. This includes contagious diseases, national or local strikes and/or protests, social disorder and political instability.
